FÄT is a 2-year-old brand which sells its main product, a cacao butter cooking fat in major retail chains in Germany and Switzerland. Due to the health benefits of good fats, FÄT decided to develop a global brand, offering a wide range of products containing healthy fats like MCT Oil, Coconut Oil, etc. FÄT has the ambition is to become the no. 1 brand for healthy fats, supporting the lifestyles of a fast-growing segment of health-conscious consumers.

We are looking for a

CEO (female/ male)

for our senior management team based in Zurich, Switzerland to scale our brand and products in the region and to build a sustainable business with the objective to improve the health of millions.

Job Summary: As CEO, you will be responsible for all aspects of the company and play a crucial role in developing the product portfolio and scaling the brand across Europe. If you have a passion for entrepreneurship, food and health and are excited to build the next $100m food brand, we would love to talk to you.

Key Responsibilities:
• Work closely with founder and strategic advisors in refining the overall brand, products and distribution strategy
• Execute the growth strategy in doubling-down on existing distribution channels (retail), in developing new channels (online) and expanding into new markets in Europe
• Manage the marketing team and help them to execute the overall marketing strategy
• Optimize supply chain of different products to reduce costs
• Stay up-to-date on the newest developments in the dietary and health industry and build a network with stakeholders (eg. cardiologist, diet coaches, nutritionists, etc.)
• Manage and develop a high-performing team
• Lead fundraising activities and interact with local investors

Requirements:
• Min. 2-4 years of experience in a top-tier consulting firm, investment bank or startup
• Strong strategic mind-set and ability to execute
• A self-starter who is proactive, action-oriented, and enjoys the challenge of a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to communicate with C-level executives and senior stakeholders
• Basic understanding of dietary implications on health
• Passionate about the health and lifestyle industry

Nice to have:
• Experience in e-commerce and social media marketing
• Experience in the food industry
• MBA preferred

leiten Sie die Entwicklungsabteilung des Geschäftsbereichs Dairy Ingredients in der Schweiz und leisten damit einen wichtigen Beitrag zur strategischen Entwicklung dieses Geschäftsbereiches.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung und Weiterentwicklung des E&A-Teams
  • Erarbeitung und Umsetzung der Entwicklungsstrategie
  • Leitung bzw. Steuerung von Entwicklungsprojekten in der Produkt-/Prozessoptimierung und der Neuentwicklung von Produkten und Prozessen
  • Evaluation und Einführung neuer Technologien und Prozesse
  • Betreuung externer Entwicklungszusammenarbeiten
  • Identifizierung von produkttechnologischen Synergien zwischen den Werken, auch unter Berücksichtigung unseres EU-Standortes Prenzlau (D)
  • Ausrichtung der Entwicklungsarbeit am Ergebnisbeitrag
  • Erarbeiten eines KPI-Systems für die Entwicklung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen Verkauf, Produktion, Einkauf, Qualitätssicherung und Regulatory Affairs

Ihr Profil:

  • Ausbildung als Lebensmittel-/Molkerei-Ingenieur/-in (ETH/FH) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Breites Grundlagenwissen im Bereich Milchtechnologie
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der Milch- und Molkenverarbeitung sowie in der Applikation dieser Produkte
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung; Teamplayer mit Führungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Lösungsorientierung
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative und Umsetzungsstärke
  • Fundierte Projektleitungserfahrung
  • Effiziente und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Flexibilität und Kreativität

Role Description

As Senior Manager Global Category Strategy in Mondelēz’s International Global Category Strategy Team, this role will support the development of our global Categories’ future strategic direction by assisting the identification, development  and execution of long-term growth strategies and key strategic initiatives. The role will define and conduct research and analytics along cross functional teams that identify, evaluate and analyze critical strategic growth opportunities, develop strong strategies & business cases, and partner with Regions /key functions to drive action.

This person will

  • Support actively the development of the global Category strategic plan, and global Category inputs into the Corporate strategic plan, as well as inputs into key adjacent forums (e.g., Category Council, Growth Council, MLT, Board presentations)
  • Lead key strategic Category / cross-Category growth initiatives (e.g. platform/segment strategies, white space entry studies & recommendations) across functions and Regions by:
    • Addressing and structuring complex, priority business topics and opportunities in line with the strategic focus areas of the company and the Category
    • Bringing forward strong industry, Category, consumer, customer and competitive insights and analytics to shape the opportunities
    • Developing compelling and comprehensive strategies and business cases by managing analytics and delivering insightful recommendations in a persuasive and thoughtful manner
    • Catalyzing action against recommendations in a prompt, efficient manner
    • Building consensus and effectively influencing stakeholders across different geographies, functions and levels of the organization
  • Support the Global Platform Innovation (GPI) function by providing structured analytical frameworks and strategic direction; support the process of identifying, evaluating and prioritizing consumer spaces for future breakthrough global innovation development
  • Be a key go-to person for the Global and Regional Category Teams for strategic thinking, effective problems solving and analytical rigor

Qualifications

• BA/BS with top-tier academic background; MBA graduates preferred
• Minimum of five years of experience either in a comparable role in a multinational FMCG Company or at a leading consulting firm or investment bank; focused on consumer goods and/or retail

• Demonstrated sound, well-structured and excellent analytical capabilities, hypothesisdriven problem solving orientation

• Ability to combine strategic vision and thinking with everyday tactical detail with a strong orientation to action

• Strong financial acumen (experienced in modeling and detailed financial analysis)

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills and ability to formulate complex business insights

• Proven ability to adjust and work across-cultures

• Strong learning agility

• Effective inter-personal skills, relationship-builder who is collaborations-oriented and can effectively link the interests of multiple stakeholders

• Availability to travel abroad for key meetings and project reviews
